Working Principle
RY-1224D adopts synchronous rectification technology, which effectively improves the product power factor and conversion efficiency. It is based on the principle of non-isolated buck-boost. It includes full-bridge rectifier, power switching transistor, feedback loop, current limit control circuit, etc. When the input voltage is high, it works as a buck, output voltage is lower than input voltage; when the input voltage is low, it works as boost, output voltage is higher than input voltage. This feature allows it to achieve wide input voltage range and high conversion efficiency.
RY-1224D takes a full-bridge rectifier as the power circuit, adopts synchronous rectifying scheme, and uses two pairs of N-channel MOS tubes to achieve synchronous rectification switching for load current. The isolated feedback loop between the controller and the rectifier is used to adjust the output voltage and current. It is designed with built-in low voltage protection, high voltage protection, over-load protection, over-temperature protection and other automatic protection functions. This ensures reliable use of the converter in various wide voltage input application fields.
