SEN-09569 is a sensor evaluation board of multi-function high accuracy gas concentration monitoring set, developed by JUMO, a professionally engaged in the automation and process control technology. This evaluation board is mainly used in the field of environmental protection, environmental law enforcement, plant management and air quality monitoring. It has multifunctional features such as air density, temperature, humidity, VOC concentration, etc.

The SEN-09569 evaluation board consists of four major components: The Input signal conditioning circuit, the data acquisition board, the signal selection circuit and the temperature, humidity and pressure sensor. The input signal conditioning circuit consists of switches, amplifier and filters that connected the input of signal selection circuit. The switches can be used to select several different signal from the sensor node, the amplifier can enlarge small electric signals, and the filter can reduce the signal noises. The signal selection circuit consists of multiplexer, Microprocessor, analog to digital converter, voltage regulator, DAC and its related connection circuit. The multiplexer is used to transmit multiple signal to the microprocessor at the same time. The microprocessor is able to control and process the digital signal from multiplexer. The analog to digital converter is used to transform different analog signals to digital signals. The voltage regulator is used to supply DC electrical power each circuit and DAC is used to change analog signal to digital signal. The temperature, humidity and pressure sensor is used to detect the environmental conditions.

The working principle of SEN-09569 is the data acquisition part. It can monitor the output signal of each device and transmit the data to the analysis computer. Firstly, the output signal from each sensor will enter into signal conditioning circuit and select circuit. Then the multiplexer will convert those analog signals to digital signals, and they will be sent to microprocessor and analog to digital converter for storage and calculation. The temperature, humidity and pressure sensor will enter into the microprocessor after processed by signal conditioning circuit to get the environment parameters. The data is stored in memory and the computer will collect the signal from the SEN-09569 evaluation board via USB interface. Lastly, the data is analyzed on the interface control. This sensor board can capture the environmental conditions in both short-term and long-term to analyze the air quality.

In conclusion, SEN-09569 evaluation board is a combination of multiple functions with flexible design and small size. It can measure the air density, temperature, humidity, VOC concentration, etc for both short-term and long-term. It has advanced microprocessor in data acquisition part to process data accurately and its USB interface brings convenience.
