The SFC-110-T2-LM-D-A-K-TR consists of a straight or right angle, one piece, male header and a female socket. The male header, which is made of a thermoplastic material reinforced with reinforcements, mates with the female socket. The female socket consists of a stamped thermoplastic plate and an electrical contact which provides termination of the cable. The gold contact provides high performance electrical connection. The socket consists of a stamped thermoplastic & has integrated protective walls along its sides to minimize the risks of pin damage. The SFC-110-T2-LM-D-A-K-TR has a unique locking system on the female socket that provides superior electrical performance even after multiple connections, thereby giving increased reliability. The locking system consists of a compression spring controlled by a plastic tongue and latch mechanism. When the male header is closed, the locking system compresses the spring and closes the latch.
