SG-615P 3.6864MC0:PURE SN (PURE SN) is a high precision, high stability mixed signal frequency sine wave oscillator manufactured by SiGe Semiconductor. It is optimized for applications in wideband communication networks, high frequency analog-to-digital conversion and low noise RF receiver systems. It is designed using a high performance 0.18um SiGe silicon process and contains a mixed signal frequency synthesizer, a sine wave oscillator, an active ring oscillator and an 8-bit digital frequency tuning control register.

PURE SN is designed to generate highly accurate and stable sine waves in the frequency range of 350MHz to 5.5GHz. The frequency resolution and accuracy of PURE SN devices can be set to 12 bits, providing a frequency resolution of 32.768Hz.
