Brief introducation of SG-8002CA 14.7456M-PCML3 Oscillators
SG-8002CA 14.7456M-PCML3 is a temperature compensation, low-phase noise, high-stability Oven-Controlled Oscillators (OCXO) that could maintain stabilities of ±0.02 ppm over -20℃ to 70℃ range temperatures and long-term stabilities of ±0.005 ppm over one year. It has a wide frequency range of 10MHz to 15MHz, and could achieve a low-phase noise (close to -170 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset from the carrier frequency).
Application Field
SG-8002CA 14.7456M-PCML3 Oscillators can be applied in multiple fields such as defense, aerospace, radio communication, navigation, mobile communication, areas of power, medical and instrumentation. Specifically, this OCXO is well-suited for commercial applications such as CDMA, GSM, WCDMA and satellite communication systems. It can also be a reliable source of signal for microwave communication, radar, satellite synchronous detection, frequency modulation and other communication applications.
Working Principle
SG-8002CA 14.7456M-PCML3 Oscillators works based on the oscillation principle. It oscillates a signal a regular interval by introducing two external elements that oscillator required such as voltage and current source. Firstly, the internal voltage source produces a voltage difference across the oscillator tank and then a frequency with a predetermined value is created. With the resonant vibration established, a repetitive signal of predetermined frequency is produced. With the addition of oscillator, the signal generated can be amplified, amplified signal is then sent out. Thus frequency and voltage are controlled and the output frequency and voltage are kept the same.
Conclusion
The SG-8002CA 14.7456M-PCML3 Oscillators features extremely stable and high-quality outputs, making them ideally suited for a variety of applications in many different industries such as defense, aerospace, and more. They can create highly precise frequencies, and their low-phase noise qualities make them highly reliable for various communication applications. They rely on the oscillator principle to produce their signals at predetermined intervals, making them able to output a signal of a consistent frequency and voltage.
