Programmable Oscillators
Oscillators are circuits that produce periodic waveforms, literally oscillating between two levels without any amplitude growth or decay. From simple time-keeping circuits to clocks for CPUs and modems, oscillators are integral to electronic systems. It supports both frequency up-conversion and frequency down-conversion, the latter of which is used to reduce power loss and increase power efficiency.
