SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA is a frequency control oscillator which is suitable for emergency equipment’s and also for radio frequency applications. It offers multi-frequency, low power consumption, long-term supply and robustness construction.
SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA features RoHS compliant high density ceramic package, compact size, and superior fabrication quality. Its output devices are a low power consumption CMOS device, high accuracy digital Phase Locked Loop (PLL), and a high-speed microprocessor. The oscillator offers high speed, low power consumption, and excellent stability with frequency accuracy of +/-200ppm, an operating voltage range from 5V to 6V, and an operating frequency range from 100kHz to 1GHz.
SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA application field includes but not limited to such as, Telecommunication, Automation, Radio Communication, Radio Frequency Equipment and other RF Applications. SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA Working Principle is based on a high-speed microprocessor and low power CMOS device. Inside the oscillator there are three analogue components to determine the frequency/accuracy of the oscillator. These are, a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), a digital phase locked loop (PLL), and a frequency multiplier. Voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) generate the signal. The output of the VCO is then mixed with a reference signal using the PLL. Finally, the frequency multiplication stage of the oscillator multiplies the basic frequency to produce the desired output frequency.
The output of the SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA can be modulated by changing the supply voltage. This enables the user to have the option of adjusting the frequency or duty cycle depending on the application needs. The device also comes with a firmware library that allows the user to control the output frequency and duty cycle in real-time without having to manually adjust the supply voltage.
SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA is also highly efficient, offering more than 40% of the maximum efficiency at 1GHz, and significantly improved total harmonic distortion (THD). Moreover it is safe and stable, thanks to its built-in ESD protection and its stable operation even outside the specification. Finally, the SG-9101CE-D05PGDAA is an economic and practicable choice for small-scale or large-scale frequency control solutions, with robust reliability.
