The output frequency is made up of the sum of both frequencies with a resolution of 1kHz.

In frequency tuning, SG-9101CG-D40PGBAC utilizes programmable divider registers which offers customers options for different output frequency, for example, a 5.0MHz clock can be produced from a 250MHz input frequency by setting the divider registers to 50.

As for controlling and monitoring, the chip has numerous configurations that provide the user the freedom to select different output frequencies, frequencies of synthesizers and power up modes.

On the other hand, the SG-9101CG-D40PGBAC has options for several power up modes for different power consumption and stability. For example, a fast start- up mode consumes more power but provides stability faster than a slow start-up mode. The user can select the optimal power up mode depending on the application requirement.
