SGR-8002JF-STM is one such example and is an all-in-one oscillator with a frequency range from 83MHz to 167MHz. The SGR-8002JF-STM consists of a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO), a low noise amplifier, and a frequency synthesizer.
