This modem contains a 2G/3G/4G FDD LTE modem, an MIMO multiband power amplifier (PA), along with a low-noise amplifier (LNA). It also has an integrated SAW filter, analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, a digital-to-analog (D/A) converter, supportive transceiver control circuitry, a general purpose input/output (GPIO) port, and a voltage regulator.The primary application field of the SI3014-C-FS modem is to enable cellular access to the IoT. By integrating various functions onto a single chip, this IC simplifies the design of the data modem and power amplification, increasing reliability and allowing rapid deployment of cellular-based applications.
