SI3019-F-GS is high performance, cost-effective digital isolator ICs in line powered systems, with reinforced isolation rated up to 2.5 kVrms, specially designed to safeguard data and human bodies from harm and equipment. Moreover, SI3019-F-GS provides tightsynchronization between input and output sides to ensure that digital systems do not suffer degradation of signal integrity due to large voltage differences between chips, cables and different circuits. Therefore, SI3019-F-GS has very wide application fields, such as communications, industrial, medical and consumer, but most significant application is telecommunications.
Speed Isolation and Long Standby
The SI3019-F-GS is designed with very small propagation delays. It is able to propagate 1 bit of information for propagation delays, as low as 600nS. This makes it suitable for high speed inputs/outputs as well as fast switching time modems and communicational systems. Moreover, it has 1.5kV isolation rating, which means it is able to keep data interfaces safe from electromagnetic interferences.
