SI3215M-C-FMR is an integrated telecom interface controller MOSFET for various applications. It is an ideal solution for PABX and cordless phone systems, providing high-efficiency control over these systems. It has a current rating of 150A, and a peak current rating of 400A.The SI3215M-C-FMR is an integrated amplifier, modem and voice-processing interface controller. It supports up to 4 telecommunication lines, and can be configured to support both IP and PSTN connections. The device includes a 12-bit A/D converter and includes four digital output lines for data transmission.The SI3215M-C-FMR uses a single MOSFET element to control the current of up to four lines. The MOSFET’s output is configured as a voltage-controlled voltage source (VCVS) and is used to regulate the current in each of the four lines. The VCVS also allows the SI3215M-C-FMR to measure the current in each line.The SI3215M-C-FMR offers four modes of operation. The “Emergency Mode” allows for immediate connection in an emergency situation and will detect and shut down any emergency signals. In the “Normal Mode”, the SI3215M-C-FMR will operate normally. The “Monitor Mode” can be used to monitor analog signals over the line, while the “Analyze Mode” is used to produce analog and digital signals.To ensure reliable operation, the SI3215M-C-FMR is designed with an embedded EEPROM memory. This memory stores the settings that control the operation of the device. Additionally, the SI3215M-C-FMR is designed to be both temperature and supply voltage compensated, so it can operate in a wide range of operational conditions.The SI3215M-C-FMR is an integrated and highly reliable telecom interface controller MOSFET for various applications.
