SIT1602AIE3-30S Application and Working Principle

SIT1602AIE3-30S is a versatile and reliable programmable oscillator. It is designed to cover a broad range of frequencies from 750 kHz to 30 MHz, offering a wide frequency tuning range. The device is also capable of producing any required frequency within the specified range for both RD-7 and RD-14. The device features a low power consumption coupled with high stability.This oscillator uses a PLL circuit to regulate the frequency and is capable of operating in two different modes, VCO and CMOS. In VCO mode, an external VCO is used in combination with a PLL circuit to generate accurate frequencies. In CMOS, the voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is directly attached to the output of the PO. The device has a low phase noise and operates on various input voltages, such as ±5V, ±12V and ±15V. It has a wide variety of packages to fit various application requirements.The SIT1602AIE3-30S programmable oscillator uses a built-in temperature sensor and voltage-controlled resistor to regulate the frequency.
