The SIT1602AIT3-18E is a Programmable Oscillator (POC) of high accuracy and excellent stability. Working principle of SIT1602AIT3-18E:

SIT1602AIT3-18E is a high-accuracy and high-stability Programmable Oscillator that uses a closed-loop negative feed-back control circuit. It features a high-precision crystal oscillator, a frequency reference signal, an adjustable resistor (R), a programmable VMOS transistor, as well as a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO).The voltage-controlled oscillator is the core component of the POC. It is capable of generating an output signal that has an adjustable frequency. The VCO is connected to the signal source, where the frequency reference signal is generated. The signal is then amplified by the adjustable resistor and the VMOS transistor. The amplified signal is fed back to the VCO, making it possible to precisely adjust the frequency of the signal.Once the frequency of the signal is adjusted according to the application requirements, it is transformed into digital signals by a logic comparator and finally output from the oscillator.
