Oscillators

Working Principle

The output buffer provides the required power to drive the output signal. It provides a clean, low-noise sine wave signal to the output and allows the oscillator to operate over wide range of frequencies. The output amplitude is determined by the feedback resistor and the tuning voltage. The feedback resistor is also used to set the frequency of the oscillator and the amplitude is regulated by the tuning voltage.
