SIT1602BC-22-28E-3.570000G is a miniature and low phase-noise oscillator module produced by Smart Miniaturization Technology Co., Ltd (SMT). It is designed for broad-band RF (radio-frequency) applications. This oscillator module provides a high harmonic suppression along with the wide frequency range of 1-3.5 GHz, and a low phase noise of -138dBc/Hz. The high-stability oscillator module is capable of providing the customers with a reliable and cost-efficient output signal.

Application field

The SIT1602BC-22-28E-3.570000G oscillator module can be used in many applications such as frequency synthesized communication systems, radio receiver, Radar, auto tracking systems, satellite navigation, mobile communication systems, and wireless communication systems. Working Principle

The SIT1602BC-22-28E-3.570000G oscillator module is a microwave oscillator wherein two low noise amplifiers and two filters are used to create the high-frequency oscillations. These amplifiers are designed to provide a large gain capacity, forcing the signal to oscillate to a much larger amplitude than in other oscillators, which enables the oscillator to reach the desirable frequency and power levels. These amplifiers also act as the inherently narrow feedback effect from which the high-stability and phase noise are derived.

This module also utilizes a dual-loop temperature compensation technique to reduce the frequency deviation caused by temperature changes. This method eliminates the need for costly external capacitors that are normally used to tighten the frequency stability. This feature helps lower the module’s cost while keeping its performance.
