The SIT1602BC-73-25E-66.600000E Oscillator is a small low-cost, low-voltage, ultra-high-integrity oscillator with a wide frequency range from 14.7 to 920 kHz. It is designed to provide excellent phase noise and signal-to-noise performance. Its compact size makes it well-suited for applications where space is limited, such as hand-held devices, automotive, telecommunications and industrial systems.

The oscillator is a CMOS-based oscillator which produces a precise sine wave output with exceptional frequency stability, low-noise operation and minimal power consumption. It is available in a package size of 7 x 5 mm and consumes very little power (typically 1.0mA at 5V). It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +120°C and is qualified according to the MIL-STD reliability requirements.

The SIT1602BC-73-25E-66.600000E is an ideal solution for seismic applications, which require high performance and a wide temperature range.
