TheMembrane-Based-Integrated-Circuit technology enables ultra-low-power consumption while maintaining extremely high frequency stability. The core component of the oscillator is a MEMS-based silicon-resonator which is an ultra-low-power consumption device with high-frequency stability. The MEMS-based silicon-resonators has a frequency stability of ±50ppm at 16.000MHz to 100.000MHz. It also ensures the long-term frequency stability of the oscillator.

The oscillator also has a low jitter of ±50ps (12kHz to 20MHz) that ensures temporal accuracy of any signal generated by the oscillator and makes it an ideal choice for high-frequency applications.
