Amongst them, SIT1602BI-32-18N-24.000000T is a specialized oscillator in the field which uses eutectic bonding.SIT1602BI-32-18N-24.000000T is a low-power, high-stability oscillator. It comes with an application option for a 4-pad through-hole package that enables easy mounting when switching power supplies. The oscillator also includes a tantalum-nitride dielectric, providing high-stability frequency control. It uses an optimized circuit configuration, having part-number limited configurations and resonant frequencies varying from 16.8 MHz to 24.0 MHz. The oscillator is developed with the latest fabrication techniques and performs with an accuracy of ±50 ppm max over a temperature range of -10°C to 70°C. The oscillator is built with a 51 ohm ESR compensation circuit for edges of output waveform that improve rate transition. It also has a very low emission design, making this oscillator ideal for many wireless applications.The oscillator operates from a single power supply and provides a logic high or low state on the output pin to determine the frequency. It performs with a logic level input of 2V, and has an output slew rate of 750 psec (max). It has a maximum propagation delay of 2 nsec, a maximum rise time of 1.2 nsec, and a maximum fall time of 1.8 nsec. The oscillator is designed with Eutectic Bonding, allowing the parts to be held together through the pressure between metallic materials. It also has higher contact resistance and better reliability than standard wire-bonding. This provides an inexpensive and reliable package ideal for many applications.The oscillator also has a wide selection of frequencies available. It is designed with a built-in 50 ppb/°C frequency stability (+/-100 ppm over temperature). It also has good frequency control and isolation due to the resonator design and ultra-low capacitance interface elements which also make it excellent for VCO applications.
