It provides designers with the flexibility to tailor their own oscillations to precisely match their desired requirements, with the integrated chip allowing for selection of frequency, amplitude, rise/fall time and pull range parameters. What’s more, the oscillator exhibits excellent high-frequency performance, with a maximum harmonic component at five times the nominal frequency and a low phase noise floor of -98dBc/Hz.The SIT3822AI-2D-25EZ Programmable Oscillator also features an integrated PLL architecture which can be used to further tailor it to the needs of the end user by adjusting various parameters such as the loop dividers and dividers, allowing users to generate a wide range of modulations such as FM, FSK and MSK. Additionally, it features a comparator that allows for fast and easy adjustment of the switchover frequency.
