The working principle of SIT8008BCL3-28E is to use the frequency characteristics of quartz crystal and the control principle of voltage. The SIT8008BCL3-28E is composed of a voltage-controlled resonator and a temperature compensation circuit. The resonator of the SIT8008BCL3-28E is quartz crystal. When a DC voltage is applied to a quartz crystal, the elastic constant, density and other electrical characteristics of the crystal will change with the voltage, resulting in a change of the resonance frequency.The temperature compensation circuit of the SIT8008BCL3-28E is composed of a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) resistor, a temperature sensor and a capacitor. The NTC resistor is used to compensate the frequency drift caused by temperature, and the capacitor is used to improve the phase noise performance. The temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature changes, so that the voltage applied to the resonator can be adjusted accordingly.The three parts of the SIT8008BCL3-28E work together to achieve precise frequency control.
