The SIT8008BCU3-25S is a Programmable Oscillator that features a frequency accuracy of ± 100 ppm (parts per million) or better over the full temperature range of -40 to +105 °C. It is also capable of generating a narrow duty cycle of 2:1, 2:3 or 2:4. The SIT8008BCU3-25S is available in two standard lead (L) and three SMT (C) package styles and offers a wide variety of output frequencies. These include frequencies up to 40 MHz in the 1µs to 10ms range and up to 10 MHz in the 1sec to 1000sec range.

The SIT8008BCU3-25S utilizes an on-chip Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) and three-stage divider to produce a stable, repeatable frequency output. The voltage-controlled oscillator can be programmed to generate a variety of frequencies while the three-stage divider distributes the programmed frequency to the correct output pin.
