It can be implemented in ultrasound, samplers, SONET/SDH networks, and a variety of microprocessors, DSP and ASIC designs. This oscillator also provides stability and low power consumption for applications requiring a very precision and dependable clock source. This device is especially suited for applications operating in extreme temperatures ranging from −40°C to 105°C.

    • Working Principle

      The SIT8208AI-31-25E-18.432000Y oscillator energizes a piezoelectric material, such as quartz, through a frequency control voltage. The quartz resonates at a precise frequency and generates an electrical signal with a sinusoidal waveform. This signal is then amplified with an amplifier and sent to the output pin to provide an electrical signal with a certain frequency.
