Programmable Oscillators (POs) are derived from complex transistor-array type programmed oscillators that generate various frequency outputs within a given frequency range. POs combine the powerful features of these transistor array-type oscillators with programmable microprocessors to enable users to select appropriate output frequencies and power levels.

The SIT9002AC-13H33DK is a Programmable Oscillator capable of wide-frequency-range output signals while maintaining high performance and stability. The oscillator offers nearly the same special frequency range output (100–3000 MHz) and wide frequency accuracy variation (-20 to +25 ppm or -40 to -50 ppm) as transistor-array-type oscillators. The output-frequency range is divided into 3 speed ranges: 100–500 MHz, 500–2000 MHz, and 2000-3000 MHz, respectively.

The SIT9002AC-13H33DK combines microprocessor-type performance with transistor-array-type technology to offer extremely precise frequency control. The oscillator utilizes an active-device switching circuit to switch the frequency output to any frequency within the supported range with precision. This frequency switching circuit is able to precisely switch the frequency within 1.5 μsec. It also features a wide frequency-accuracy variation from -20ppm to +25ppm and power level from 0dBm to +15dBm.

The SIT9002AC-13H33DK is suitable for use in applications that require precise and stable frequency output, such as satellite communication, radar and navigation, instrumentation, security and debugging devices. With an exceptionally low power consumption, the oscillator is suitable for prolonged operation with minimal temperature variability. Moreover, the oscillator is housed in an extremely small, lightweight package, making it suitable for applications where space and weight are at an absolute premium.

The SIT9002AC-13H33DK offers the user a wide range of output frequencies, including common frequencies such as 25, 50, and 100 MHz, as well as special frequencies such as 120, 250, and 1500 MHz.
