Programmable Oscillators

SIT9002AC-13H33SB Working Principle

The SIT9002AC-13H33SB oscillator is based on a voltage-controlled SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) oscillator, which uses a piezoelectric crystal to generate precisely controlled oscillations. The crystal is driven by an amplified voltage signal, which then travels along the device surface, resulting in a precisely modulated and highly stable frequency output. The voltage-controlled SAW oscillator allows for direct scaling of the output frequency by changing the applied voltage, thereby allowing for easy frequency optimization, and makes it an ideal choice for many applications requiring precise frequency control.

This oscillator is designed for high-shock, high-vibration conditions, making it suitable for use in industrial or automotive applications. The device has a precision A and B frequency control inputs, allowing for further frequency adjustments.
