It is a 4-wire-I2C mini package oscillator.The SIT9002AC-43H25DG programmable oscillator has a wide frequency range of 33KHz to 800MHz and support frequencies at any division of KHz to MHz. In order to maintain the precise setting of a frequency rate in the oscillator, it provided the μs resolution. It also supports excellent temperature frequency stability with the help of a 5-pad ceramic package.The SIT9002AC-43H25DG programmable oscillator consists of two parts, the core and the oscillator stage. The core is a comprehensive analog system, containing phase-locked loops (PLLs), temperature-compensated oscillators (TCOs) and voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs). The core will generate the clock signal that is eventually applied to the oscillator stage.The oscillator stage is the source of the output signal. It consists of a power amplifier and a voltage-controlled capacitor array. The power amplifier amplifies the signal from the core, and the boosted signal is then applied to the voltage-controlled capacitor array. The capacitor array is then tuned to the needed frequency and delivers the output signal.The benefit of using the SIT9002AC-43H25DG programmable oscillator lies in its solid construction. Thanks to its ceramic package, the oscillator can withstand temperatures up to +105 °C, making it suitable for harsh environments.
