The SIT9002AI-38H33DK is a low-profile, surface-mount device that measures only 2.5mm x 3.2mm. It has a programmable frequency range of 1MHz to 38.4MHz with a resolution of 0.4MHz. Working Principle

The SIT9002AI-38H33DK works by using a Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) circuit to compare the frequency of an incoming reference signal to that of a generated signal and to adjust the frequency of the generated signal until they are in phase. The output signal is generated by a Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) that is modulated by a Pulse Width Modulator (PWM), the input voltage of which is in turn generated by the PLL circuit.
