In addition, the SIT9005ACA2G-XXDK is used in medical device control panels where it provides a clock signal of fixed frequency and low drift. As a communication clock generator, the SIT9005ACA2G-XXDK can be used for packet and frame synchronization for various protocols.

The design of the SIT9005ACA2G-XXDK features a resistor divider network as well as a temperature compensation network. This gives the oscillator excellent resolution and extremely low phase noise.
