The device supports extended temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C.The oscillator has an integrated low noise amplifier that helps to reduce external system noise. The oscillator also features high level suppression, a fast start-up time of 20 μs, and the ability to program frequency offset.The SIT9005ACB1G-XXSG is based on an advanced phase locked loop (PLL) synthesizer technology and offers a low startup current of 2.8mA, low power dissipation, high reliability, and low phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. The PLL also supports wideband (> 70 %) tuning for frequency shaping and modulation applications.The SIT9005ACB1G-XXSG provides automatic locking of the output frequency to the program value. It also offers a variety of output configurations including differential outputs and low voltage logic outputs, which are suitable for modern RF systems.The SIT9005ACB1G-XXSG also provides selectable output levels, enabling it to operate at frequencies as low as 5 kHz with up to +17 dBm output level.
