The SIT9005ACR1H-XXDP is a Programmable Oscillator designed to precisely accommodate the needs of high-precision and low-latency frequency control applications.

The SIT9005ACR1H-XXDP has a wide range of operating frequencies from 1.5 MHz to 5.0MHz, making it suitable for various applications requiring high stability and accuracy. The device includes a phase-locked loop based linear voltage controller, which can ensure excellent start-up stability and linear dynamic range. Its extremely low phase noise of less than -90 dBc/Hz at 10kHz can guarantee superior power output and ensures the signal remains tightly controlled and free of unwanted noise and distortion.

In addition to its standard features, the SIT9005ACR1H-XXDP has a wide range of programmable parameters to meet all the application needs. It is capable of outputting a variety of square wave and saw-tooth signals with a programmable drive current, pulse width, duty cycle and slew rate.
