It is suitable for use as either a master clock, or timing clock in applications such as mobile phones, Bluetooth, WiFi and Zigbee radios, Wireless LAN, GSM/CDMA modules, and digital cameras. Using SIT9005ACT2D-28DH is a simple process. First, the user selects the desired frequency, which is stored in a nonvolatile memory register. The frequency is then programmed via a two-wire serial interface, using the JEDEC standard SPI interface. The SPI can be used to set the frequency range, specified in 0.01 kHz steps, as well as other parameters such as duty cycle and output type. SIT9005ACT2D-28DH uses a built-in crystal oscillator provides excellent frequency accuracy, stability, and phase noise performance. This makes it ideal for use in high frequency applications such as GPS, satellite, and WiFi. The internal PLL frequency synthesizer can quickly and accurately synthesize a frequency from a low-frequency reference signal.
