To produce output signal, its maximum supply voltage value is 16.5V and maximum current consumption is 55mA. The base frequency range is 16.66666MHz to 167.81666MHz and the frequency range is -3ppm to +7ppm. It works at a minimal temperature of -30°C and a maximum temperature of 85°C, with a stability of ±3ppm over the temperature range.SIT9120AC-2B1-33E166.66666D includes two sections- an oscillator and an independent pre-amplifier stage LNA. This oscillator works on a Frequency Control Voltage (FCV) input circuit. By changing the voltage value of the FCV input, the frequency output can be modified. The recommended voltage values for the FCV input are 0V and 5V, which control the oscillation frequency from 0 to the maximum set voltage. Furthermore, there is an on-chip PLL frequency synthesizer for frequency control and regulation. The PLL\'s loop gain is adjusted from the FCV input, and it compensates for any changes in frequency due to environmental factors.The on-chip PLL frequency synthesizers of SIT9120AC-2B1-33E166.666666D is applied with a Digital Multiplex (DMX) command interface, which is used to select the output frequency of the oscillator, and simulate a frequency hopping function.
