The SML-H12Y8TT86 works through an Alternating Current (AC) power supply voltage between 5V and 15V, with a frequency ranging from 50Hz-80Hz however its recommended operating voltage is 11V. Upon application of AC voltage, yellow LEDs will be on when the voltage is 5V and blue LEDs will be on when the voltage is 11V and higher. This simplifies design and installation, as no additional wiring and circuitry is needed for the LEDs.
