The SML-LXL1209SOC-TR is an LED Indication product – discrete type. It is an LED bar graph display which is used as a light indication where very visible and wide viewing angles of the display are required. This product line is part of the LED Indication series created by Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd.
The SML-LXL1209SOC-TR is a 12-segment bar graph LED display which uses SMD technology. The device is a combination of twelve die (0.7inch, width) that are arranged in a 3.3" (length) linear bar graph display. The 12 segments are driven by 5 pin common cathode pins for each segment of the display. It has a typical viewing angle of 60°, one output current setting of 10 mA and a forward voltage of 3.2V maximum. The device meets UL, CE, and RoHS certifications, and its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C.
