Working Principle
The SN75107BNSR is an active, non-inverting receiver/driver/transceiver which is capable of parallel data transfers. It features a high-speed USB interface for data transfer and power management solutions. The SN75107BNSR utilizes a 3-state bus enable control input to ensure proper data flow. When enabled, the output data which is latched in the device will be sent out, otherwise, the device out output is in a high-impedance state. Each output driver feature an enable latch for controlling the driver output. When the enable latch is enabled, the output driver will be activated and the data will be sent out.
The SN75107BNSR has an input and output buffer control logic circuit which allows it to be used as either a transceiver or as a receiver and driver. When the transceiver is used, the data from the data pins will be sent out if the input enables are active, otherwise, the device out output is in a high-impedance state. When the receiver and driver function is enabled, data can be sent out and received by the device depending on the enable condition of the device’s output buffer.
