  • Working PrincipleSimple in structure, Discrete LED Indication adopts aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) infilling in a selected wave length. The wave length of the light emitting diodes (LEDs) will be tuned to coincide with the selected wave length. As the electricity flows into the diode, electrons will transit from valence band to conduction band, catapulting their energy to the conduction band while resulting in infrared emission. This infrared emission will then be evacuated on the other end of the diode.When the conduction occurs in either gallium arsenide or indium gallium arsenide, positive-charged holes will transit to the conduction band. Electrons made from these holes will then be eliminated directly, resulting in visible light emission. At the same time, electrons that were catapulted to the conduction band by the excited holes will repel away and evacuate as infrared lights.
