• Working Principle - The SSM-107-L-DV-A-M-TR Rectangular Connectors utilizes gold-plated contacts and having a larger area of contact. This particular designed connector helps to reduce the contact resistance and also helps to reduce the contact wear due to its superior electrical properties. The connector features slim blades, which helps to reduce contact stress and wear even in highly dynamic applications. It also features two types of lip seals which help to prevent contact corrosion. Lip seals ensure that the contact points remain sealed even when there is a temperature range of -55°C up to +125°C. The rear portion of the shell is further protected with a silicone seal. This silicone seal prevents the entry of moisture in the rear part of the connector. The silicone seals are highly reliable and provides superior levels of protection.
