The SST25VF016B-75-4I-QAF is a 2 Megabit flash memory that operates on a voltage of 1.7 to 3.6v. It features an extended temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius and can operate at up to approximately 70 MHz. Being from the family of Serial Peripheral Interface Bus (SPI) Flash Memories, it offers simple and easy integration for a customer’s product.

It also has an error correction mechanism which is based on the BCH encoding scheme with up to 66 bits of ECC providing very reliable write and read operations.

The NVPLAs supports 200 programmable logic elements and address decoders, with up to 4 address bits. It also supports Data Protection which prevents accidental program or erase operations. It offers an additional protection against tampering and unauthorized data access. The SST25VF016B-75-4I-QAF also supports Block Locking which enables the device to lock out certain areas at the user\'s discretion.

The SST25VF016B-75-4I-QAF utilizes a tiny 4Mbit serial flash memory device with an access speed of 70 MHz.
