SSW-123-02-T-D rectangular connectors are the perfect choice for cables that need to provide reliable connections in high vibration, temperature, and/or hazardous environments. This series of rectangular connectors are available in headers, receptacles, female sockets, and other form factors. The SSW-123-02-T-D rectangular connectors offer 360° of contact with no exposed metal ensuring snag-proof contact interface. It features solder termination with a compact design, low profile, and a wide range of pin counts and contact arrangements. The SSW-123-02-T-D series features an improved locking mechanism for secure mating, and a high-reliability contact design that limits terminal misalignment and/or insertion skewed. The connectors have an operating temperature range from -55℃ to +125℃ and can handle currents up to 5A at 125VAC. The SSW-123-02-T-D are also water and dust resistant, and meet the requirements of IP68 and IEC 60529 specifications. The versatile design enables the rectangular connectors to be used in many applications, including automotive, robotics, medical, telecom, aerospace, computer and networking, industrial, and military systems. The rugged design makes them ideal for exposed or hidden applications, and the pin configuration can be customized to meet specific requirements. The working principle of SSW-123-02-T-D rectangular connectors relies on metal contact between the female and male connectors.
