ST3243EBJR is an integrated circuit designed for use in high-speed communication equipment and digital data communications systems. It is a low-voltage, low-power, full-duplex transceiver employing the 4-wire, multi-mode CIE protocol that is compatible with both standard and low-cost I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuits) devices. Working Principle of ST3243EBJR

The ST3243EBJR transceiver connects two I2C buses, providing full-duplex communication at speeds of up to 12.5 MB/s. The transceiver\'s three operating modes (4-wire, 2-wire, and open-drain) make it applicable for most communication applications in the industry. In 4-wire mode, the transceiver acts as both a transmitter and receiver, and communicates with the two nodes at the same time.
