Working Principle

The STMM-111-02-H-D is a two-hole mount with male pins, designed as single-row, two-pole rectangular connectors with gold plated contacts. The connectors allow for direct cable connections without the need for crimp tools. The female connector consists of a die-cast housing and a female lead with secure retention which hold and secure the pins.

The male pins are installed on the boards using special insertion tools. The male pins are fitted to the female connector using standard tools. The insertion depth of the pins can be adjusted using install screws or nuts. The contact resistance is unaffected by repeated insertion due to its gold plated contacts.
