Logic Flip Flops are used to store and transfer information from one location to another. The SY10EL35ZC-TR is a member of the flip flop family. It is an Extremely Low-phase-noise Programmable in-line PLL Clock Multiplier and Clock Divider used in communications and other electronic devices.
