Working Principle

In the SY89426JC, the Tuning Word Counter is programmed with a serial 16-bit Data Word, which selects from one of four binary divisions to set the desired precision frequency output. The VCO generates an output frequency with a maximum range of 400MHz and is used for dividing the output frequency in an equal ratio. The Loop Filter ensures a reference frequency is in lock with the requirement.
The SY89426JC contains additional system features such as monitor, status and configuration capabilities. It also has multiple power down functions and pin-strapping to enable user configuration.
