T541X477K010BT8610, also known as the Dual-Termination Chip Tantalum Capacitor, is built using a tantalum dielectric with a Polymer Electrolytic layer and features a 0805 (201 metric) package size. Working Principle

The capacitance of the T541X477K010BT8610 increases rapidly with increasing temperature. This is due to the change of the dielectric constant in the electrolyte between the two electrodes.
