TA-22.1184MDE-T oscillator is a frequency-modulated crystal oscillator device usually used in communication systems. It is designed for base-station transmit and receive applications, providing increased accuracy and stability at higher frequencies. The device is capable of a wide frequency range of 2-400 MHz and provides excellent sensitivity and rejection of adjacent and base station spurious signals.The TA-22.1184MDE-T features an integrated temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (XO) that uses a temperature-compensated quartz crystal as its frequency reference. It also includes a frequency tuning capacitor (FTC) to adjust the output frequency. The TA-22.1184MDE-T can be used in applications where precise control of frequency is critical.The TA-22.1184MDE-T works by modulating the oscillator frequency as a function of temperature and other environmental parameters. The device is designed to be calibrated once and then operate continuously by compensating for environmental changes that would affect the output frequency.The TA-22.1184MDE-T can be applied to stationary or mobile communication systems. It has a typical low-temperature coefficient of 0.02 ppm/°C with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
