Power Line Filter Modules are widely used to reduce reflected energy and interference in industrial or commercial AC power lines. TAC-10-683-D is a power line filter module of this kind. It offers superior performance for electronic equipment shielded to comply with MIL-STD-188-124, MIL-STD-461, and RTCA DO-160.

TAC-10-683-D consists of two independent elements referred to as stage one and stage two. The stage one filter is designed for power line filtering, whilst stage two offers attenuation of electromagnetic interference (EMI). Stage one provides up to 97% absorption of common-mode interference, whilst the stage two increases the attenuation up to 39 dB in the frequency range from 16 KHz to 30 MHz. To ensure adequate current capacity, the TAC-10-683-D module is equipped with a 10 A fuse.
