TC-25.000MCE-T is a highly integrated temperature compensated MEMS oscillator (TCXO) developed by HTC Corporation for consumer electronics applications. The TC-25.000MCE-T achieves outstanding frequency stability in temperature applications down to -55°C and offers exceptional system-level frequency accuracy with easily programmable frequency spreads from ±0.5ppm to ±20ppm. The TC-25.000MCE-T is available in 5-pin ceramic package and operates from a 1.8 V to 3.3 V supply voltage.
