TC-3.6864MCE-T is an ideal temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TXCO) with high frequency stability over the full operational temperature range, making it suitable for base station applications. The only external components required are three capacitors for the power supply and two capacitors for the circuit trimming.

TC-3.6864MCE-T uses a temperature-compensation circuit to control the oscillator\'s frequency drift due to temperature variations. The control voltage is derived from a temperature sensor diode, which is directly coupled to the oscillator core.
