Working Principle

The TC1303B-SH0EMF is based on the principle of integrated low dropout (LDO) linear regulator and pulse width modulation (PWM) switching regulator. It uses an integrated driver to control the external MOSFET switch. This PWM driver monitors the output voltage of the regulator to perform the necessary voltage adjustments.
