Working principle of TC7S02FUT5LFT
The TC7S02FUT5LFT is a single quad 2-input Schmitt inverter in a low-noise, radiation-hardened package. It features a typical maximum tpd of 10 ns and a typical maximum power-on reset delay of 1 μs. The device is designed to operate within industrial or automotive temperature ranges and comes with a pick and place compliant package that allows automatic insertion. It also features thermal shutdown, over current protection, and Schmitt-trigger action for all inputs for improved noise immunity. The device has two separate input buffers, a Vcc buffer, and an active low reset buffer, over a wide input voltage range from 2.5 V to 5.5 V.
